About this project

A-E-S.co.uk needed more than a brochure. Environmental and waste work is technical, and the customer usually arrives with a specific problem and a legal obligation attached to it, so the site had to explain a range of specialist services clearly and then make it simple to get in touch.

The build covers a home page, an about page, a full services section, a projects section, a blog, an FAQ page and a contact page. Behind it sits a content management system so the team can update services and publish articles themselves without coming back to us.

Two things do the heavy lifting on enquiries. The first is an online booking system, so a customer can arrange work directly rather than waiting for a callback. The second is WhatsApp message integration, which for a field-based business is often the quickest way a customer will actually make contact.

The whole site is built mobile-first, because a site visit or a depot enquiry rarely starts at a desk.
